Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and aironpl ("Company," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the aironpl online gaming and sportsbook platform available at aironpl.net and any related mobile-optimised interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager of any kind, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, as well as any additional policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the aironpl Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any applicable game-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of how the Platform is accessed, whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any native application made available by aironpl in the future.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the aironpl Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

1. Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This minimum age requirement is mandated by Philippine law and the regulatory framework administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for casino-style gaming activities. aironpl enforces this requirement absolutely and will not permit access to underage individuals under any circumstances.
2. Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms of this nature is not prohibited by applicable local, national, or international law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction prior to registering.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding legal agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
4. Single Account: You must not already hold an active or suspended account on the aironpl Platform. Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account at any given time.
5. Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order, whether imposed by aironpl or any other gaming regulatory authority.

aironpl employs identity verification procedures at registration and at the point of withdrawal requests. Submission of false or misleading information to circumvent eligibility requirements constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

Account Registration

To access the full features of the aironpl Platform, you are required to complete the registration process and create a personal account ("Account"). The following conditions apply to all aironpl Accounts:

• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. aironpl reserves the right to verify all information provided.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and maintain only one Account. Operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or under aliases, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. aironpl will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Account Updates: You are obligated to promptly update your account information if any details change. You may do so through your account profile settings or by contacting the aironpl support team.
• KYC Verification: aironpl conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as part of its compliance obligations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued identification document, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have withdrawals suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the aironpl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). aironpl does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment service provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which aironpl accepts no responsibility.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are accepted via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The majority of deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your aironpl account within sixty (60) seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. aironpl is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's systems, scheduled maintenance windows, or network interruptions.

Withdrawals: The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the aironpl account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• aironpl reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of approval. Processing times may vary depending on the receiving financial institution.
• Any active bonus funds or funds subject to pending wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied.
• aironpl reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, as required by applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

Bonuses & Promotions

aironpl offers various bonuses, promotions, and incentive programmes to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these Terms and any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general conditions apply to all aironpl bonuses:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players who have completed account registration and met all applicable KYC requirements. Bonuses are not available to players who are in a self-exclusion period or whose accounts are under review.
• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the bonus-specific terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited automatically.

• Abuse: aironpl reserves the right to cancel any bonus, void any winnings, and suspend or close the account of any player found to be exploiting bonuses, using arbitrage strategies, or engaging in any form of bonus abuse. The determination of what constitutes bonus abuse rests solely with aironpl.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless the specific bonus terms explicitly state otherwise.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on the aironpl Platform — including but not limited to slot games, live dealer casino games, virtual sports, sports betting markets, bingo, and arcade games — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to all account, financial, and conduct-related matters.

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Sports betting outcomes are determined by the official result of the relevant sporting event as recognised by the applicable governing body. aironpl's determination of the outcome of any disputed event shall be final and binding.

Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before commencing play. Disconnections during live dealer sessions or in-play sports bets will be handled in accordance with game-specific disconnection policies, copies of which are available in the relevant game help sections.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aironpl Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms. aironpl reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in any of the following:

• Registering multiple accounts, whether under your own identity or under any alias or third-party identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point during registration, verification, or any other interaction with aironpl.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering strategy designed to exploit Platform mechanics or harm other players.
• Engaging in chip dumping, money laundering, or using the Platform to facilitate any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the Platform's software, servers, or security systems.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error in a manner that provides an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting such errors will be voided.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your Account, or accessing or using any third party's Account.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, offensive communication, or disruptive behaviour within any Platform communication feature, including live chat.

aironpl's investigations into suspected prohibited conduct are conducted at our sole discretion. Findings made during such investigations are final. Where prohibited conduct involves potential criminal activity, aironpl reserves the right to refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities.

Responsible Gaming

aironpl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. We provide a suite of responsible gaming tools that are available to all registered players through the account dashboard, accessible without the need to contact support.

Available responsible gaming tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a twenty-four (24) hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period. Once reached, further wagering is suspended until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play duration. The Platform will alert you when your session limit is approaching and log you out when it is reached.

Privacy & Data Use

In summary, aironpl collects personal information for the following purposes: account administration and identity verification, processing of financial transactions, fulfilment of regulatory and legal obligations (including KYC and AML compliance), provision of customer support, and, where consent has been provided, delivery of marketing communications.

aironpl does not sell personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification service providers, and regulatory authorities as required by Philippine law. All data processing activities are conducted in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines.

Intellectual Property

All content on the aironpl Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, design elements, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game content, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive property of aironpl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform or its content.

Any unauthorised use of aironpl's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine and international law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aironpl shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if aironpl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

aironpl's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your aironpl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit aironpl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

Suspension & Termination

aironpl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time and for any reason at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Engaging in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account termination for cause, aironpl may forfeit any bonus balances and, where legally permissible, any winnings derived from activity that constitutes a breach of these Terms. Verifiable cash deposits not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the player net of any applicable deductions within a reasonable timeframe following conclusion of any investigation.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the aironpl support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance that has satisfied all applicable wagering requirements will be returned to you via your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the aironpl Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. Players who are Filipino consumers retain any rights afforded to them under mandatory provisions of Philippine consumer protection law that cannot be waived by contract.

Amendments

aironpl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, aironpl will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this document indicates the date on which the most recent version of these Terms came into force.
